2022 End of Summer Community Block Party

First Baptist Church of Mayville was proud to celebrate their 200th birthday in February of 2020. We had a birthday party for our congregation and the plan was to throw an even BIGGER party for our community later that summer. Of course, you remember what happened in 2020 with Covid! With everything shut down, we didn't think it was wise to hold a major event like this and even in the summer of 2021, we still weren't sure if the timing was right.

But now...the timing is perfect! That's why we are inviting our entire community to join us on Saturday, September 17th as we celebrate our 200(+2) birthday AND celebrate the end of summer with all of our neighbors! Please join us from 3-6pm for games, food, and fun as we send out summer and welcome in fall. We will have games for all ages, and plenty of burgers, dogs, and pulled-pork to go around. And the best part is that every thing is entirely FREE! This is just our way of saying thank you for allowing us the privilege of being a part of this awesome community and to let you know that we are here to help our community families in any way that we can.
