At FBC Mayville we believe that we are called to connect families of all shapes and sizes with God and the local church in order to encourage and equip them to serve the Lord.

From the moment you walk in the  door at First Baptist you will find yourself in an environment that is focused on carrying out our mission of "Connect - Encourage - Equip". Our auditorium has a historic and traditional feel, but our people are filled with new hope and love that comes from worshiping God together. 

Our Sunday morning worship service begins with a warm welcome and prayer. We join together in singing a beautiful blend of contemporary and traditional music, in prayer and in the preaching of God's Word.

 The typical service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. There are no dress codes and there are no restrictions - we simply ask that you "come as you are" and let the Word and the Spirit move you into a closer walk with God.

Nursery is available during the morning service. 
 

​KIDS MINISTRY
During our 9:30 worship service, we have our Junior Church for kids in PreK through 2nd grade. Everyone begins in the service and then our kids are dismissed downstairs for a time
of learning and fun. 

At 11 am, we transition to our Sunday School hour with classes available for nursery age up through 6th grade. Parents are invited to join in our Home Builders Life Group, a small group dedicated to parenting and marriage from a biblical perspective.

IGNITE YOUTH GROUP
Our 7th through 12th graders meet each week for a large group time of fun and learning from 3-5 pm and then break up into smaller discipleship groups from 5-6. Check out our Youth Group page or contact the church office for more information.
