Dr. Charles Stanley has faithfully highlighted the 30 Life Principles that have guided his life, empowered his ministry, and helped him to grow in his knowledge, service, and love of God. Now, these 30 Life Principles are available for your study and meditation. Using references from the New American Standard Bible, this 30 Life Principles Study Guide has been designed to help you apply these timeless truths to your life and enjoy life at its very best. Ask a group of Christians what they think about poverty, sex trafficking, or the orphan crisis, and you'll probably get a pretty quick response. But ask that same group about gay marriage or abortion, and you'll most likely be faced with a lot of nervous hesitancy or fuzzy answers.
In this day when social issues are creating clear dividing lines in society, moral and political neutrality is not an option for those who believe the gospel. It's simply not enough to focus on only those issues that are most comfortable--and least costly--to us.
Join David Platt as he invites us to fix our gaze on the holiness, goodness, love, truth, justice, authority, and mercy of God revealed in the gospel and to live with conviction, courage, and compassion in the midst of a culture that is drifting further from the truth every day.
This group is our College and Career age group and will meet on Sunday nights at 6:30 pm. The location is yet to be to be determined.

It’s doubtful that there is any Christian who has not sometimes found it difficult to pray. In itself this is neither surprising nor depressing: it is not surprising, because we are still pilgrims with many lessons to learn; it is not depressing, because struggling with such matters is part of the way we learn. The apostle Paul found the kind of spiritual closeness in his own fellowship with the Father that is available to all of us.
Praying with Paul leads group members into the Epistles to see what Paul taught in his "school of prayer." In 8 sessions, group members will be exposed to the priorities of prayer, a God-centered framework for prayer, and practices for a more meaningful and dynamic prayer life. Christians today can still achieve the confidence Paul enjoyed by following his life-shaping principles and searching for a deeper devotional experience.
This group is designed for those families with young kids although all are welcome to attend. This group will meet on Sunday Nights at 6:30 pm At Roger and Stacie Klossner’s at 6485 E. Lake Rd. Mayville.
